Final Project : Compare & Contrast
Instructions
Progressions
Milestone 01 : Data to Information
The first stage of this whole project is to find a topic that we would like to study and compare. Many topics came across my mind, and after giving it some thoughts, I've decided to study on the difference between American & British English.
Next thing is to get summative points to compare and contrast the two. Sources online helped me a lot in this process, and as data are gained, I took down the notes and broke it into summative points.

Milestone 02 : Develop
Now data has been gained and summarised, next thing is to get it developed in a creative approach. As I decided to have a voice-over of myself in the video, I first had my script done, as this will be the guide for myself developing my storyboard.

Week 12-13
Milestone 03 : Compare & Contrast
Digitalise the storyboard and execute it would be the next stage to be done. I started with exploring the styling of the assets - Vector illustration was again my choice, but this time I'd like to develop something new which is to add up gradient colour instead of solid colours. But it didn't turned out as great, that made me ended up applied the same styling as I had on the previous project.

Upon me developing the assets, I made some changes as I found a better solution to develop the assets better in the sense of the layout to the better way to compare and contrast - thus my final assets turned didn't resemble much from the storyboard.

Milestone 04 : Finalise and Present
After getting my assets done, the next and last process is to animate, followed by little touchups of background sound and retouch of some changes from consultation and retouch after applying the voice over.

Submissions
Reflection
At first, I felt quite burdened at first due to the requirements which I'd consider heavy compared to the first assignment which is to create an animated infographic video in the range of 3~5 minutes, while the last project's wasn't even a minute. Not to mention that I wasn't able to show what was tasked on the progression that I was considered behind due to the overlapping submissions, but thankfully as the other modules were finished, I finally got ampler time to do the very last submission of this semester. Although I still think that I can do better, I'm happy that I finally could finish it after consulting not only from my lecturer also from my friends - from the information delivered to the animations. That was overall challenging and fun.
