Goal Setting - setting goals of my own,
Authority - seek for authority by means of having a clear information and instruction informed by the lecturer,
People - good in working with people; interviewing, counseling, selling helping,
Direct Experience - handling or performing; in shop, laboratory, field trips, practice exercises, etc.
